As a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner, and Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Max is committed to delivering holistic wellness solutions that empower individuals to rejuvenate their mind, body, and spirit, effectively reducing stress and anxiety.

His expertise has positively impacted a diverse range of clients, including individuals, men, women, corporate teams, and professional athletes and coaches, enhancing their overall well-being.
